Pros: - Flawless transaction. - New area is absolutely clean, neat & orderly. - John is every bit of an active listener. - Quick friendly service. - Management allowed storage viewing prior to committing, resulting in a confident decision being reached. - Questions were quickly answered by knowledgeable personnel. Cons: - Customer parking can use a good update, not enough space. - Access control measures can use a good update, seems like any passerby can enter the facility. Conclusion: - Don’t knock it, til you see it.
