Always have had our RV parked here and it's great. Safe, secure and a clean storage facility. I guess that there is not much to say in a review except that there are many many locations for this particular chain and actually one is going in just a few blocks from my house so we probably will be moving to that location just for the convenience. found out last nite where the people who took my stuff from a booted lien locker from derrels they drove the uhaul off stockdale went there last nite bunch of low life crooks and they made a fake check and gave it to a dum shit who deposted in my account bank found out it was fake check then one of the girls friend came over last nite to tell me who she was thats what she does also hear derrls hides chickens in the storage locker they are expensive chicken must be a real busy place im going to keep watching this place and re... read more

this storage place i would not rent from my experience unit had a boot lock put on lein manager opened this unit when it was on lien items were removed 80percent when i aske to see unit he said oh i can not open it its booted and i said then why did u open it may 27 and june 11/12 20026 when he heard that he yelled and told me its not my locker will i think im the one paying for it he was out of controll because he got caught and now i feel my life and property is in danger

Went in asking questions as I have never rented a storage. Older lady in the front desk seemed bothered by every question asked. Asked twice to see a unit she pretty much didn't want to show me. Asked about the special since they have the effin sign outside. She said I was too late for the special. I walked out ... shitty customer service

The business manager Ashely F the default response to just make them look good is a joke. I've taken my story of what has happened all the way to corporate. Come to find out they never even spoke to the residence on site or manager that was on site that day. Still no responsibility. They should cover or at least spilt repair as promised & take the false info given to us up with their employees.
