My husband and I recently purchased a camper/trailer and we were in desperate need to find someplace to store it. Darrel's came to the rescue! They offered us a covered spot for a very reasonable price! I love the fact that someone lives onsite, AND they have great surveillance. The person that helped to get us set up was so friendly and welcoming that I felt like we had made the right choice for our storage needs. We have already extended our lease time and have no intentions of going elsewhere!

Great service, clean facility. The guy in the cart cleans this place every time I get my rv. Prices are getting a little high, might have to look for a new place .
If you need an extra "layer" of security for your precious things, Derrel's offers that. These managers, Theresa and Dave are very helpful, and keep the whole facility very clean, too. I also like their clean bathroom for the renters! And, did ya know--- their fountains out front--- the water serves as a cooling system for their temperature controlled storage! These folks are really "green", how thoughtful.
Horrible customer service, called repeatedly on a Friday within business hours with no answer. Then finally got on the phone with a lady that was very unprofessional trying to talk to me and a worker in the back that was speaking ill of a renter. I came down to look at the unit to rent and a lady with a gold mercedes cut me off on the mad road smoking her cigarette then flicked it out the window.
