It's been almost 2 months and I'm still waiting on a return phone call about them returning my full month of rent the lady says they don't give refunds if you vacate earl. Three days is not vacating early. I was charged for vacating my other storage 3 days after the first that was prorated. I paid it. Now my other storage I paid a month in advance I vacated the same day as my other storage that I was charged a 3-day late prorated fee and I paid it. I am owed a full months rent minus 3 days I used. This facility is the cleanest I've seen, and the landscaping is lovely. The flowers look and smell simply divine✨ You can tell when people love what they do and it really shows here. Definitely recommend to anyone seeking a safe place to store their stuff. I'd pay extra for some shade lol but other than that there isn't a single complaint I have for this place.
The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Cheryl was a pleasure to do business with. And Gary was so sweet. The prices were incredibly fantastic. I'm so glad I switched from my old storage unit. Thanks again Derrel's Mini Storage
I’d give 0 stars if I could. The employee gave me the key to check the unit before renting. Upon exiting to go to the office and purchase. The manager blocked me in and yelled at me to enter the code or we couldn’t leave. He walked up to my car in a threatening manner before finally accepting that the employee GAVE me the key and TOLD me to look before renting. Terrible management. Do not rent here there are a million better options that will treat you like a customer should be treated.
It was a great experience! I rented a 10x15 unit with everything completed in less than 1/2 hour, which included being shown the storage unit.
