Our experience at this storage facility was completely unacceptable. While we were simply unloading our things, Gary came over aggressively yelling at us about how we “didn’t punch in,” even though we arrived in two separate cars. He claimed we had received a contract explaining this policy—but we were never given one. He became hostile and confrontational in front of my three-year-old child, raising his voice and acting in a threatening manner. It's been almost 2 months and I'm still waiting on a return phone call about them returning my full month of rent the lady says they don't give refunds if you vacate earl. Three days is not vacating early. I was charged for vacating my other storage 3 days after the first that was prorated. I paid it. Now my other storage I paid a month in advance I vacated the same day as my other storage that I was charged a 3-day late prorated fee and I paid it. I am owed a full months rent minus 3 days I used.
