After a horrible experience at the Lowe's Rosedale Highway, it was a pleasure to come to Darrel's Mini storage. Pat took such good care of us. Customer service at its best. The facility is clean and we felt save, and Pat made us feel like family. Thank you pay, for the water and for taking such good care of us!
this is a rip off place they were reported about things and ashly say sorry u had a problem call that 559 number thats not the real office its kept hidden they do nothing i see my complaints are all gone why write a review they allow those alful people to remove them u remove the crooks that are there wonder if ashly is one of them they all work hand and hand would not trust this place
The lady in the office is awesome, the facility is clean. Only complaint is the old man that drives the golf cart around. He's talked to me a few times and every time he came off very rude. When I was trying to empty my unit he came up and informed me they were closing soon so I politely said ok and he just stood there and watched me till I asked if he needed anything else and when I did he rudely said nope just making sure your leaving.
