Rob & Robin are the beeeest!!! I have had my things in storage here for 2 yrs!!! I always pay in person just so I can chat with Robin!!! She is so sweet !!! We always have a good chat, I even received a wonderful recipe over the winter from sweet Robin!!! She has always made me feel so welcome! The property is spotless because Rob takes pride in his work!!! I will miss seeing them both!!! I just emptied out my unit today!

We were Verbally abused by the Manager who attempted to physically intimate our family. He was unprofessional and extremely rude. He did not respect any of the covid protocols and invaded our personal space while not wearing a mask. His harassment of a Vietnam Vetern was beyond shameful.

This storage facility is a racket. I've never seen a business operate this way. It's the 12th of the month my son drove across town to drop things off at storage. He is unable like to access the unit. I speak with the woman in the front and she explains that you get locked out after the 10th of the month. I paid my bill over the phone that was apparently "late" But as long as I've had this unit there have always been issues like this. Never have these problems with any other business that I deal with.
