The people in the office like Denise, Dan, and Rene (I forgot the names of the others.) are very helpful and accommodating while maintaining professionalism. They find the most helpful options for the customers. It is also helpful that the facility is open 24/7 from 7 am-7 pm. I also have the option to pay online, by mail, by phone, or in person. The units are also well maintained. There are several branches so it is easy to also rent in the most convenient location. I highly recommend Derrel's.

My family and I are moving from Sacramento to Bakersfield. The night before I go to move my stuff in at Uhaul I logged in online to verify I had reserved the unit with the lock pre paid and to add the insurance. I saw my reservation had been canceled.
