I love this place. The managers and staff are like family to me. They know me by name, know the units I have and are super helpful and caring.
Dave was great, great service, had me in and out quickly. Office area was very clean, noticed that as soon as I walked in.
The manager was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and handled the paperwork quickly.
Reserved a storage space online via the website after providing my information. Received the confirmation email of the space with the date being ready for tomorrow to move in. A short time later, received an email that the space was no longer available. What is the point of reserving- let alone receiving a confirmation, only to have it canceled? Either a bad system or bad process.
All good, Dave was a lot of help getting set up with my RV space.
