I can only say WOW! We just rented a unit from Cynde and I haven't had anyone this helpful and pleasant in quite a long time. She is quite an asset to the Derrel's empire. Not only did she call back when she said she would but she answered every question we had (and we had a lot!) with a smile and a great attitude. She went above and beyond and we just want her (and her managers) to know how much we appreciated her great work!

We've rented twice from them in the last year. Once for our 5th wheel and again for our cargo trailer. They are a new facility so everything is new and nice. Their outdoor parking is all paved and it makes it nice, keeps the dust down. Our only problem was trying to see the tiny numbers on the site so you kind of have to get out of your vehicle to read them and the aisles are not yet marked.
