My experience renting a storage unit was perfect. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. I feel good about doing business with the company that funds HOPE Animal Foundation. I love a company that gives back to our community.
Needed a place to put one of my classic vehicles. Have to say Ron and Diane were fabulous. So easy to work with. User-friendly in and out. Highly recommend if you go anywhere else. Trust me, you'll be disappointed!
Hands Down the nicest storage facility we have yet to visit and so we purchased a space for our storage needs. Specifically the Shaw and McCall location which currently offers 6 months free to new clients with a paid 6 month paid storage unit. Pricing is great as well!! The facility itself is immaculate and the couple that runs the facility are so kind and answered all of our questions. If you are looking for a safe and secure storage facility, LOOK NO FURTHER. We highly recommend this location..
This is not a review of the management team, but of the corporation as a whole. Derrel is phasing out RV spaces in the Fresno Clovis area that were affordable on many sites to put in either covered or enclosed storage units. He is entitled to do so, maximizing profits by having more units for item storage and less RV storage, but it squeezes people. $100 for a 35' uncovered site is way above any other RV storage in the area...why? Because he can. I won't be back after storing our trailer for over 7 years with him.
Derrel’s Mini Storage made it easy to find the perfect spot for our 5th wheel. The process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly helpful. We love how convenient the location is, just minutes from home!
