The place is very secured and seems like a safe place. The customer service was great couldn’t ask for anything more. I enjoyed that he took me to my unit so that I knew ware it was.
You never know where life will take you, and having Derrel’s Storage there to support your storage and relocation needs makes all the difference. The staff I worked with was amazing, as always! It was great seeing the same team members who helped me years ago at another Derrel’s location. This new site is huge, clean, and very well maintained. I’m looking forward to using this unit for my needs over the next year.
Easy experience. Great Staff. New Derrel's and I was able to buy 6 months and get 6 months free. Great deal for a year at least!!!
Management is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and kind. Outstanding customer service! Facility is immaculately clean and secure.
12 months for the price of 6! Location’s caretakers must have impeccable taste for their eyes don’t allow ANY kind of garbage on their property…
