I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this storage unit and their management team. We are going through an extremely stressful move and Ron was so patient and helpful throughout this entire process. You can tell that the people who run this place are genuinely good people who truly care about their community and their storage facility. The facility is also extremely clean and the office is very clean and comfortable. 10/10! Thanks again Ron! You rock!
I usually don't give 5 stars right off. But the experience at Derrel's was great, easy and quick. The staff was fantastic, pleasant and thorough.
This is the best Darrell's mini storage. Ladonna and her husband is wonderful very helpful and very professional friendly super nice people . They helped us more than anyone else has this place seems to be pretty safe I felt pretty good about storing our travel trailer here at this location
it seems like great service is a thing of the past, but not today with the service I received today at the new facility on Shaw and McCall. Great job !!!
The employees that helped us as the McCall location were so nice and helpful! I highly recommend working with them.
