I had the best experience at Derrell’s Mini Storage today! The couple managing the facility are the absolute best! So friendly, so sweet and so welcoming! In addition, it smelled amazing in the office! The grounds are spacious, very well maintained and clean. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe storage unit.
They don't clean or pest control the area and the old man and woman are always in the office hugging each other watching shows. Not to mention they raised my storage unit price without telling me. All of my stuff now is full of roaches and spiders.
We are getting ready to put our house up for sale and needed storage in a hurry! We got two units next to each other and they were having a promotion sale for half off. The managers were awesome! They took all the time we needed to get us the right units Thank you so much
Great experience. Wasn’t sure the size we’d need and after comparing two empty units we settled on the right one. This location is less than a year old, so it’s new and really clean. They have promotions. Security is tight. The on-site managers are friendly and got us taken care of with ease. They have space for RV, boats, and vehicles.
