The storage host were absolutely amazing! They explained how the process worked, allowed me to choose the storage unit I wanted as long as it was available and walked me through the whole process from start to finish! They were very helpful and showed me and explained all payment options and methods! Class A team! ❤️
Both of the people that work there were very informative and very friendly. They made us feel like we weren’t just a number but an actual person I recommend going to Darrell’s. They’re really great there.
Mike and Brook were great. They made special effort to contact a client not using a site they had reserved, and the client was willing to vacate. That site was perfect for my trailer storage. I was very happy! Kudos for Mike/Brook/Derrel's.
We just put our RV at Derrel's Mini Storage and the entire process was great! What a nice facility with plenty of room to maneuver.
Best place I've been to for storage! The customer service is excellent the storage units themselves are far better in every way possible in comparison to any other storage place I've been to in the last 10 years keep up the great work!
