The operators, Emund and Allyn, are a wonderfully friendly and helpful couple! The facility is neat, clean and easily accessible. The storage units are made of wood with concrete floors, but were exactly what we needed. We had to move on an incredibly tight timeline, and we were accommodated with ease and grace. That personal touch and attention, was deeply appreciated during such a high stress time. We traveled a bit further compared to other options that were closer to our home, but it has been well worth it!
Very clean units. The managers Edmund and Allyn are so friendly and helpful! They’re pleasant to work with. They go above and beyond to get you into the unit that best suits your needs! I enjoy seeing them every time I visit my units.
Excellent customer service, great communication, facility and property is very clean and welcoming, I feel very comfortable leaving my belongings in the facility.
Allyn is awesome!! Great customer service. She is very helpful. I highly recommend her for anyone that’s looking for a storage place in Bakersfield especially the East side of Town.
Nice new facility. I have used several Derrels facilities and this one seems to be the same as the rest to store our RV. The only downside is there is no dump station here. From my conversation with staff it sounds like future plans are to eliminate the RV spots in future years and replace with storage units 10 or 20 years down the road. In the mean time you’re RV or trailer parking spot is on concrete, no rocks. Manager is friendly and there are multiple cameras covering the facility. I feel my RV is safe so far.
