Been living here for a few years now and they definitely are always making better changes to the trailer park, love that they set up cameras at the entrances for safety and they keep the trailer park very clean and the new office lady is super nice and helpful. The neighbors mind their business, everyone is nice to one another, it feels like home when we are all doing our thing playing music waking up early it never feels lonely here.
The manager was so rude, I was a resident here for almost 5 years and just recently left the trailer. I returned the trailer very nice and cleaned everything and didn’t get my deposit back because the manager said it was not taken care of. Manager is rude and ignorant she’s so hard to work with. Not professional at all. I am very disappointed she definitely has favorites and let others pay rent up to 3 months late, super unprofessional. I highly recommend the trailer park Desert Breeze and the Office Manager Anaika she's very helpful when it comes to any questions or concerns and very professional. Trailer park is very clean and safe environment.
I want to let you know that Im happy with the services that Anaika Sierra offer she explain about the services she offer I like the services because they easy process amazing worker and I will take care of the trailer and I want to thank u you won’t have any problems with me
