Our experience with this housing company was terrible. The properties are poorly maintained due to the fact that they simply do not provide enough staff for the amount of continuous work that needs to be done. We had exposed tacks in the carpet on a constant basis, myself, my husband, and our small children continually injured themselves on them, despite the fact that we asked them to fix it multiple times. I had some issues with the refrigerator. The maintenance technicians tried to fix the old one a few times. The solution was to install a new refrigerator. The entire process was smooth, and the new fridge looks great.

As a resident here, I think this place is just beautiful. The houses are amazing, the grass is well-maintained even for a residential area in the middle of the desert, and everyone is friendly. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, they get the job done efficiently.

CLEAN Very clean, and quite, parking is litted up like a bar at closing time. Nice staff, Carpet in my room needs to go, but great stay.

The staff here is extremely nice and helpful at all times. As a foreign exchange engineer I felt welcome from the first minute on.
