Joe was very thorough in his inspection, catching some items that I might have overlooked. He did the inspection quickly and had a summary ready for review just a few hours after starting (others don't provide a summary at all or maybe the next day). He has a professional demeanor and willingly answers any questions. The final report was due in 3 days, but he provided it later that night.
