The technologist was not only professional but also highly skilled, capturing all necessary images in one attempt. As someone with dense breast tissue, precision is crucial, and I appreciated her expertise. The entire process was smooth and efficient, with a focus on patient comfort and care. Overall, the professionalism of the staff and the quality of service made this visit outstanding.

The service at this facility seems adequate, but their billing services are not friendly at all. When calling to get help on billing questions after receiving multiple bills that we had already paid, we were assured it was indeed paid. Because we had been billed several times after we had made payment, we ask for written verification that we had a $0.00 balance. UPDATE: 10/17/25 Well it's actually worse than horrible. Took the CD that DR burned for me to the Dr. and they did NOT include my KUB XRay on the CD! What kind of training do you have for your employees. Telling everyone I meet or know to go elsewhere. Actually Less than 1 star. HORRIBLE Customer Service. Had order for a CT and and XRay. Checkin people do not greet customers. I checked in at 7:25 and at 7:40 I was done with the CT and went back to waiting room at 7:48am to wait for xray which opens at 8am and is only ... read more

I am a veteran and was sent here due to the VA wait times. I need a CT scan on my head after having continuing issues from brain surgery. The lady on the phone refused to schedule the scan, saying I needed some "VA TAX" number???? I've never needed anything like that. So I tell her to schedule me as CASH PAY and STILL she refused to schedule me. I need this done NOW and I know they get VA patients regularly. Desert radiology is Terrible. They don't answer their phone ever. They don't respond to emails. They don't respond to their own appointment form. Good luck setting an appointment! It will take you at least 2 months. A total joke. Ask your primary care doctor for a different imaging company.
