I had an exceptional experience at DR for my annual mammogram. Immediately after checking in, I was called back, minimizing wait time. The technologist was not only professional but also highly skilled, capturing all necessary images in one attempt. As someone with dense breast tissue, precision is crucial, and I appreciated her expertise. The entire process was smooth and efficient, with a focus on patient comfort and care. Overall, the professionalism of the staff and the quality of service made this visit outstanding.
UPDATE: 10/17/25 Well it's actually worse than horrible. Took the CD that DR burned for me to the Dr. and they did NOT include my KUB XRay on the CD! What kind of training do you have for your employees. Telling everyone I meet or know to go elsewhere. Actually Less than 1 star. HORRIBLE Customer Service. Had order for a CT and and XRay. Checkin people do not greet customers. I checked in at 7:25 and at 7:40 I was done with the CT and went back to waiting room at 7:48am to wait for xray which opens at 8am and is only ... read more
From reception to xray tech as well as ultrasound technician ALL very professional welcoming made sure you feel comfortable and all were very kind. Best of all was in and out!
All the staff were very helpful and friendly and explained everything that was going to be needed to prepare for the procedure. I would recommend them to you. I didn’t take any photos don’t know if we are allowed to do that.
I am a veteran and was sent here due to the VA wait times. I need a CT scan on my head after having continuing issues from brain surgery. The lady on the phone refused to schedule the scan, saying I needed some "VA TAX" number???? I've never needed anything like that. So I tell her to schedule me as CASH PAY and STILL she refused to schedule me. I need this done NOW and I know they get VA patients regularly.
