I used Desert Radiology last year and was very happy with their services. This year, I tried making an appointment and they have a new system. I have tried several times to make an appointment, and the three times I did connect with someone, there was at least a 25 minute wait (as seen in the screen shots). Once, after a 25 minute wait, the gentleman said he couldn’t hear me and hung up on me. I finally was able to make an appointment and the day of, it was cancelled due to the machine being down. The place is very clean., Did my MRI this morning and the technicians, Christopher and Teresa were absolutely amazing. All of them were amazing but this two are the best. Hopefully they will be my technicians again in my next visit. Thank you!!!
Greediest money grabbing imaging monopoly in Vegas. Currently on hold to schedule an appointment for the third time. First time: 40+ min wait and had to hang up to go to work; Second time: finally someone answered but the phone call dropped (from their end). It’s ironic to hear the messaging on the phone “we are upgrading our system to provide a better experience so please expect longer wait times.” They used to have medical staff in the office, then moved to a call center, then completely outsourced. Exceptional caring staff! I felt cared for from the moment I walked into the facility to the technicians running the tests. I have had multiple tests done the past couple of months and highly recommend this facility.
Excellent service. I was called in prior to my appointment time. Had a CT scan. Easy day. The staff is very friendly and professional.
