Very disappointed with Centra point, over a year of trying to schedule, my first appointment I almost left waiting area, it was 1.5 hours till they got me into the Dr. Then I was told they can help me, after weeks of no response back I called they needed more records so I drove to Vegas gave them to the record department. Once again no communication waited few more months to be told I have to come in for recent imaging, I scheduled it had images done. Went for a CT scan on March 25. Staff was friendly and I got called in right away. The CT was quick and the tech was very nice. The reason for the 2 stars is that it is now the 30th and my results are still not available on the patient portal. I don't know why it takes so long. I'm now at my doctor's appointment and there is no scan to see. I'll stick to Steinberg from now on. They have results the next day. What is wrong with you people, I ordered my mother's scans two weeks ago, and she needs them for Sunrise Hospital on Wednesday and we have not received them. WHERE are they? I don't have any way of picking them up now. No one is answering the phones either, it's 4:00 pm, not quitting time.
This is my second time at this location. The staff is always friendly and most importantly FRAGRANCE FREE! C
Exceptional caring staff! I felt cared for from the moment I walked into the facility to the technicians running the tests. I have had multiple tests done the past couple of months and highly recommend this facility.
