What is wrong with you people, I ordered my mother's scans two weeks ago, and she needs them for Sunrise Hospital on Wednesday and we have not received them. WHERE are they? I don't have any way of picking them up now. No one is answering the phones either, it's 4:00 pm, not quitting time.
The place is very clean., Did my MRI this morning and the technicians, Christopher and Teresa were absolutely amazing. All of them were amazing but this two are the best. Hopefully they will be my technicians again in my next visit. Thank you!!!
Exceptional caring staff! I felt cared for from the moment I walked into the facility to the technicians running the tests. I have had multiple tests done the past couple of months and highly recommend this facility.
I used Desert Radiology last year and was very happy with their services. This year, I tried making an appointment and they have a new system. I have tried several times to make an appointment, and the three times I did connect with someone, there was at least a 25 minute wait (as seen in the screen shots). Once, after a 25 minute wait, the gentleman said he couldn’t hear me and hung up on me. I finally was able to make an appointment and the day of, it was cancelled due to the machine being down. The front office attendant was very friendly to me. I was having an x-ray done, and no appointment was needed. I went early in the morning. It was not crowded, only a few people. The technician was professional and informative and I was finished very quickly. I picked this office because it was close. I HAVE HAD OTHER PROCEDURES AS WELL, and have usually had great care and experiences. I have had mammograms, x-rays, biopsies, and ultrasounds.
