Went for a CT scan on March 25. Staff was friendly and I got called in right away. The CT was quick and the tech was very nice. The reason for the 2 stars is that it is now the 30th and my results are still not available on the patient portal. I don't know why it takes so long. I'm now at my doctor's appointment and there is no scan to see. I'll stick to Steinberg from now on. They have results the next day. What is wrong with you people, I ordered my mother's scans two weeks ago, and she needs them for Sunrise Hospital on Wednesday and we have not received them. WHERE are they? I don't have any way of picking them up now. No one is answering the phones either, it's 4:00 pm, not quitting time.
Exceptional caring staff! I felt cared for from the moment I walked into the facility to the technicians running the tests. I have had multiple tests done the past couple of months and highly recommend this facility.
Greediest money grabbing imaging monopoly in Vegas. Currently on hold to schedule an appointment for the third time. First time: 40+ min wait and had to hang up to go to work; Second time: finally someone answered but the phone call dropped (from their end). It’s ironic to hear the messaging on the phone “we are upgrading our system to provide a better experience so please expect longer wait times.” They used to have medical staff in the office, then moved to a call center, then completely outsourced. Great place for all of your imaging needs. Easy to make appointments & quick service once your in. No sitting around all day with appointment. Nice & clean facility. Comfortable seating in lobby/waiting area.I've had both of these done here.
