Everyone here was very friendly and professional! The entire place was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I was seen shortly after filling out my paperwork, and was on my way home not long after! I felt extremely comfortable, and it was probably the best mammogram experience I've ever had! I'll definitely want to keep going back to this location!
Honestly, going to this place wasn't as stressful as I thought. From the moment I walked-in, I could tell they’re on top of their game. The staff? Super friendly. Plus, the whole process is way easier than you’d expect. And the thing that really sold me? They genuinely seem to care. I know, a lot of places say that, but at Desert Radiology, it feels different. From start to finish, this facility is exceptional. I highly recommend them to all and I’m thankful to the Lord Jesus for the blessing of them starting with Wintana at the front desk, then Karen and Sophia at check in, continuing with Ariel, the CT Tech Aide, Aliscia, the CT Tech and finishing with Jorrell, the Ultrasound Technician. THIS PLACE IN CLOSED came to desert radiology EASTERN AVE location, doors were locked. No sign on the door so I called thinking I had bad directions to find that location has closed permanently. It's only frustrating because I contacted them only a few weeks ago early December and I was told x-rays do not need appointments and to just walk in but not told we won't be here next month....figure maybe I can save someone a trip
edit: i regret choosing des rad when my dr ordered mri’s. huge mistake. will never be doing this again. i emailed as i waited for the mri & updated this review, its funny bc that is the ONLY time they sent an email back to me. just two hours later, proving to me they got all my other emails trying to schedule & begging for help, but they only cared once i wrote this review.
