Everyone here was very friendly and professional! The entire place was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I was seen shortly after filling out my paperwork, and was on my way home not long after! I felt extremely comfortable, and it was probably the best mammogram experience I've ever had! I'll definitely want to keep going back to this location!
I've used Desert Radiology for all Radiology testing for years. For whatever reason contract not renewed for 2026 to be in my health network with Intermountain. I needed my 2025 previous imaging of my results for my 2026 testing. Customer service was awesome. JC gave me information to obtain my reports & images from Desert Radiology 2025 so I can schedule 2026 imaging at different 3rd party company in my network. I Hope in 2027 Desert Radiology renews with my health care provider.
No appointment yet. Scheduling department is definitely not in any of the offices or the USA for that matter. Could not understand the man on the phone and was uncomfortable with the strange questions I was told I had to answer or I couldn't have an appointment. Sent an email per their website to ask for help since I have been waiting many months. Will update if I get a reply.
The staff was very helpful and made me feel comfortable during my PET/CT scan. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was not informed of the duration...2-3 hours.
If I could give less than one star I would. They're incompetence is just. I don't know how they're still in business. This is ridiculous. I literally told them about metal and my body. When I was making the appointment then again when I was confirming my appointment just before the appointment. And then also when I checked in for the appointment. Then I get here.
