Once I called and heard the automated message say X-Rays are walk in only, I looked up the nearest Desert Radiology and this location came up. Kayanna was very kind and inviting. After I filled out my paperwork Theresa called me over and gave me some paper to give to the radiologist. She was very sweet as well. Inna called me in to take my X- Rays and did it quickly with no hassle. I was in and out fast so I’d recommend this location.
My appt was scheduled weeks in advance for 245p on 9/18 for a mammogram and a foot X-ray. A day or so prior I was sent a confirmation for an 8am appt. I called immediately to correct it but there was nothing staff could do but reschedule me. Forced to reschedule I picked a 7am time but at no point did staff mention that X-rays don't open until 8am. Laveta, in medical records was so kind, knowledgeable, and supportive when I called today. I was calling to find out about the process of getting my lab results, feeling a bit scared and inpatient. Laveta spoke to me with compassion and support. She also painted a clear picture of the process. Even though I don't know my results yet, I trust that when they are available I will know how to best get them. A million thanks to you Laveta.
Upon entering the office , I was greeted by the receptionist in a welcoming friendly manner. She was patient and respectful giving me a time frame for waiting and accompanied me to the dressing room when it was time. The technician was pleasant and appeared very tired and rightly so as my appointment was last after hours. Great people who take a special interest in you. Scheduling,staff,answering calls and questions. They don't do well. I'm speaking for all there facilities not just Palomino. Getting an appointment in time to see your doctor, they don't manage well. I've had to reschedule an important appointment. Three different times because these people claim to not have availability. Half of the time. Many are on there cell phones or chilling in between appointments. But claim they have no time to get patients in. I've experienced rude staff,confusions with referrals and so on.
