Wonderful efficient staff. A few years ago, this place was so busy you could barely get in and there was no place to sit. It was nice to be in and out with virtually no wait. I don’t know what they did to their system to make it so efficient but it’s actually a pleasure to go there now. !
My special needs husband and Dtr had a visit at the following location 3025 S. Rainbow Blvd. Las Vegas NV 89146 on 5/11/26 and was treated very unprofessionally by the front office staff. The staff laughed, made jokes on the side line and was very rude. The staff members name was not provided but it was several of the front desk staff members that handle referrals. Every interaction from the greeting to the farewell, the staff were extremely welcoming and kind. I truly give each one of them my sincerest appreciation. I came in right after work, which was not a very good day, and these kind people reminded me how God still has sincere hearts throughout the world. And the cherry on top was that the wait time was very little. I think the imaging actually took longer than anything else. I'm blessed to have met all of you. God bless you all.
My appointment at the South Rainbow location was by far best medical experience due to the friendly staff and getting me in and out with no sitting around waiting , with the same promptness of exam. Left me with a free morning which I had entirely blocked out for the exam.
Very unprofessional My appointment was at 7:30 and i was required to come 1 hr and 15 min prior my appointment. When i arrived at 6:15 the place was closed and finally at 6:30 someone open the door to check me in. I waited on waiting room for about 40 min and no one call me. When i ask the lady that check me in when they will call me, i was told that my appointment is at 7:30 and tech was not there yet.
