Very unprofessional My appointment was at 7:30 and i was required to come 1 hr and 15 min prior my appointment. When i arrived at 6:15 the place was closed and finally at 6:30 someone open the door to check me in. I waited on waiting room for about 40 min and no one call me. When i ask the lady that check me in when they will call me, i was told that my appointment is at 7:30 and tech was not there yet. Ian was our ultrasound technician. He is one AMAZING guy and you should be ecstatic to have him on your staff. The care, concern and forward thinking of this technician was. Eying anything we have ever experienced. Please make sure that he is recognized for the valuable employee that he is.
Poor. If I can leave zero stars I would. This place had been so unprofessional. My mother needs to get a CT scan done. All I needed was for the request to be inputted to the system to be able to request an authorization number from the insurance. The lady I spoke to was Ms. Shan, she was unprofessional and the rest of the ladies were too laughing in the back. This lady kept going back and forth with me putting me on mute and at the end she hung up on me!!! Beyond disrespectful. They wonder why people are rude to them.
I thank Jason C. from South Rainbow for caring and attentive attitude to me. It's very nice when a person tries to help you, smiles at you.I'm 66 years old, and such help is very important to me. I think workers like Jason C. there should be more. Thank you Jason C.
Today was my first visit to DR and I am very happy with them. There was only a very short wait and all of the staff who I came across were very friendly. I will definitely be coming back for any future scans.
