DR on Rainbow is the best one that I have been to. There others closer to my house but I’m willing to drive here just because they are so nice and efficient. FYI.. the earlier your appt is, the better.
Ian was our ultrasound technician. He is one AMAZING guy and you should be ecstatic to have him on your staff. The care, concern and forward thinking of this technician was. Eying anything we have ever experienced. Please make sure that he is recognized for the valuable employee that he is.
Poor. If I can leave zero stars I would. This place had been so unprofessional. My mother needs to get a CT scan done. All I needed was for the request to be inputted to the system to be able to request an authorization number from the insurance. The lady I spoke to was Ms. Shan, she was unprofessional and the rest of the ladies were too laughing in the back. This lady kept going back and forth with me putting me on mute and at the end she hung up on me!!! Beyond disrespectful. They wonder why people are rude to them.
Today was my first visit to DR and I am very happy with them. There was only a very short wait and all of the staff who I came across were very friendly. I will definitely be coming back for any future scans.
I needed an ultrasound at DR and the front desk check-in was quick and efficient. I was called back quickly for my exam and the ultrasound tech was very kind.
