Very unprofessional My appointment was at 7:30 and i was required to come 1 hr and 15 min prior my appointment. When i arrived at 6:15 the place was closed and finally at 6:30 someone open the door to check me in. I waited on waiting room for about 40 min and no one call me. When i ask the lady that check me in when they will call me, i was told that my appointment is at 7:30 and tech was not there yet. I thank Jason C. from South Rainbow for caring and attentive attitude to me. It's very nice when a person tries to help you, smiles at you.I'm 66 years old, and such help is very important to me. I think workers like Jason C. there should be more. Thank you Jason C.

I scheduled my CTA a month ago because this was their first opening and there's only two locations that would accept me to take the CTA at. I took the day off from work! because the appointment was smack dab in the middle of the day my check in is at 12:55 p.m. I asked and confirmed at the time of scheduling my appointment, I gave my insurance cards my Primary and my Secondary information. I originally only wanted to give 1 star. Cody at the registration desk at the rainbow location was very unprofessional! Not only talking to people rudely, but was very disrespectful to me. I actually walked out and left my ID and insurance card. That’s how upset I was. Manager Melanie had called me to tell me I left my ID and insurance card and apologized for his actions. The staff was kind enough to process two appointments I had for 2 different test back to back. I had one in the morning and one later in the afternoon but the staff moved the later up to get them both done early. I so appreciate that they worked to make that happen.
