WOW! WHAT A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE I HAD. I went early, and they got me in and out before my appointment time. Such a clean facility. Love the pretty uplifting pictures on the walls. Carolina and Aguas were the ones who helped me. They were FABULOUS! Thank you for such a great time.
I came in for an early morning imaging appointment at Desert Radiology and could not have asked for a better experience. Scheduling was simple and the staff answered all my questions when I called. At check in the front desk was friendly and efficient, and I was taken back right at my appointment time with no waiting. Clean place, great staff, quick and caring service.
This was an awful experience for my wife. She was on heavy medication and told to be here early for testing. The front office wrote the incorrect information and had to wait for almost 2 hours to be attended. All they would tell us is someone will be with her shortly but come to find out the ladies canceled the appointment and had to get corrections. This was a terrible experience and seeing the effects being prolong without food or water is terrible. Truly wish there was another option other than this place.
This place really sucks. Had a referral for a chest x ray. Got there before 4 pm. Waited for approx 10 min. Now it was 4:03pm. They employee up front told us this lady ahead of you is the last customer for the day. We walked in right behind her. I instead went to P M I and glady paid 50.00 for my x ray. Which would of been free at Desert Radiology. P M I peopke are super nice and very quick service.Do your self a favor go anywhere else. These D R people are rude unprofessionals and will really aggravate you.
