We had such a wonderful experience at this children’s dental clinic! From the moment we scheduled the appointment to the time we left the office, everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. The staff made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were especially amazing with my two-year-old daughter. They created such a calm and welcoming environment that she wasn’t afraid at all. It was a rough go this last visit. To have a three year old wait for an hour and a half is crazy. Maybe dont book so many at one time. I know there was one kid who's appointment was after mine and was in and out like 45 mintues! She's a new three and it was very overwhelming to try to keep her calm and still in this situation. I was suffering cuz of how things were handled. And no apology. That can go a long way! And the x ray tech kept saying we were supposed to go first so that made it more frustrating. They made the appointment super easy for my two kids. I was able to do all the paperwork online and they were very accommodating to my children who can very overactive and have sensory issues. The staff was patient, kind, and very interactive with my kids. Will continue to go there for their dental needs.
This place has always provided the baby, I can’t right now. Worst experience. My son is high functioning autistic and started to have an outburst and the dentist. There did not handle it well at all it was very sad and upsetting.
Do not recommend. Provider was cold and unwilling to listen or consider anything we asked or said. She suggested we use an office in maryvale which seems weird since they’re all the way across town in a pretty rough area…
