Do not recommend. Provider was cold and unwilling to listen or consider anything we asked or said. She suggested we use an office in maryvale which seems weird since they’re all the way across town in a pretty rough area…
They made the appointment super easy for my two kids. I was able to do all the paperwork online and they were very accommodating to my children who can very overactive and have sensory issues. The staff was patient, kind, and very interactive with my kids. Will continue to go there for their dental needs.
just now New We have been going here for a few years with no issues. Thursday my son went in for a normal 6month appointment and then we had to schedule a filling for Friday because his previous filling fell out. We get to our appointment at 8am and were told they don’t feel comfortable doing the procedure so they wanted to reschedule. No phone call before hand nothing just a complete waste of our time coming into the office. I would of gave them "0" stars but I can't they call and bug and bug to book my kids cleaning.I get there and they are to busy doing a birthday party close all the doors on us then after 30 minutes they open then my kid gos back there and try to do a totally different procedure on her.I wouldn't take my children there if they are not paying attention to there jobs and could possibly hurt a child.
Desert Valley has been so great. My son has autism and really struggles in any doctor office environment because he's always thinking they will be giving him a shot. The Dentist here have been so patient with him, not forceful but helping him overcome the fear he's experiencing. I'm thankful for them!
