They made the appointment super easy for my two kids. I was able to do all the paperwork online and they were very accommodating to my children who can very overactive and have sensory issues. The staff was patient, kind, and very interactive with my kids. Will continue to go there for their dental needs.
just now New We have been going here for a few years with no issues. Thursday my son went in for a normal 6month appointment and then we had to schedule a filling for Friday because his previous filling fell out. We get to our appointment at 8am and were told they don’t feel comfortable doing the procedure so they wanted to reschedule. No phone call before hand nothing just a complete waste of our time coming into the office. Desert Valley has been so great. My son has autism and really struggles in any doctor office environment because he's always thinking they will be giving him a shot. The Dentist here have been so patient with him, not forceful but helping him overcome the fear he's experiencing. I'm thankful for them!
From the moment we walked in I kind of knew I was not going to enjoy the experience for my son. It is filthy. Everywhere. The waiting room is dirty. The chairs are dirty. Where they're supposed to have a sanitized and a sterile work environment is filthy. It made me question how clean the actual tools were considering everything else. Everyone is in one giant room with no dividers, so if you value the privacy of your child's medical discussions, this is not the place for you. I would like to say that I recommend this clinic. The team is excellent, very kind, respectful, and they inform you about the entire procedure that your child is going to receive. They are attentive and even when your child is receiving treatment, they come and inform you of what is happening. I recommend this clinic for its excellence in caring for its patients and their parents.
