We had such a wonderful experience at this children’s dental clinic! From the moment we scheduled the appointment to the time we left the office, everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. The staff made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were especially amazing with my two-year-old daughter. They created such a calm and welcoming environment that she wasn’t afraid at all. Wonderful experience!!! Everyone was so welcoming! This was my daughters first time at a dentist office and was nervous but everyone made her feel very comfortable! Highly recommend
It was a rough go this last visit. To have a three year old wait for an hour and a half is crazy. Maybe dont book so many at one time. I know there was one kid who's appointment was after mine and was in and out like 45 mintues! She's a new three and it was very overwhelming to try to keep her calm and still in this situation. I was suffering cuz of how things were handled. And no apology. That can go a long way! And the x ray tech kept saying we were supposed to go first so that made it more frustrating. They made the appointment super easy for my two kids. I was able to do all the paperwork online and they were very accommodating to my children who can very overactive and have sensory issues. The staff was patient, kind, and very interactive with my kids. Will continue to go there for their dental needs.
Dental assistant was super kind and patient. The Dentist does not have patience with toddlers. She seemed irritated to have to deal with a toddler.
