Excellent place to bring kids for dental care my daughter was so happy at the end of treatment that means alot the front desk person is so nice and kind. I resending change to this location because the other one I was going to i felt like their not doing their job right to many mistakes. Plus their chatting about their routine and personal life when working with my kids putting my children more nervous no thank you I'm so happy I found a new place Protection dental plus was my old dentist sorry no more
My kids have gone here for years. It's gotten worse over time. Unnecessary treatments, daughter got a root canal without my consent, billing inaccuracies on several occasions that took me having to contact insurances and billing department, which has delayed treatment, very high staff turnover (my daughter has had braces for two years and has never seen the same ortho because they have all resigned), long wait times, orthodontist is only seeing patients on Wednesdays so you can only book appointments 2 months out (they're su... read more
The worst service I've experience at a dentist office. The dentist refused to provide service to my son because he unable to stand still on a scale because of his special needs. I waited 3 months for them to get us in to sedate my son. 3 prior confirmed notifications and the day before to ensure I knew the procedure for my son before he was sedated, I arrive to the appointment and after him not staying still they advised he would have to go to sleep to do any work on him. If I could give a zero star I would, I was a new patient bringing in my autistic child for an appointment. They called me and told me it was scheduled for Saturday at 3:30pm. Only for me to drive 41 minutes to Avondale for the office to be closed at 1pm. For me to then call the office, and for them to tell me that she was actually scheduled for a Monday. The first appointment I felt was a little bit rushed and felt kinda impersonal. But, when we came back for treatment the dentist was so nice, patient and gentle. I felt she was the perfect dentist for my naturally anxious daughter. My daughter’s teeth feel so much better now and she said the visit was “not as bad as she thought” I would definitely go back.
