My first impression was the office needed some serious cosmetic updating… so I had low hopes as our insurance changed us to here. But I was so impressed with the people I interacted with. That alone will keep us returning for our next cleaning! The dentist was kind and communicative. We just recently started coming since my little one has been born. But the last 3 appointments we’ve already had, I’ve had an unsatisfying experience. The ladies up front do not look professional at all, no one seems to know what to we are doing. They don’t have it together and organized here at all. They asked for my child’s first and last name like 5x at the desk. Lol one of the assistants there looks miserable, and unfriendly. They aren’t super friendly and inviting at all. Switched places.

I’ve decided to switch care after talking to my family members about my and my kids’ experience here. My 5 year old has been coming here since she was 3. For some reason, each time we come we are placed with the same dental assistant. She is NOT friendly towards children and does a poor job at making my daughter feel comfortable. For example, one time we came, she sat us in the seat furthest from the TV and then had an attitude when my daughter (4 at the time) was reasonably getting distracted/leaning her head to see the TV.... read more

Not cleanest office. Needs some updates, but even worse was the cold atmosphere. Does not feel like a pediatric office at all. From the moment you walk through the door, the staff isn’t welcoming. They ask for patients name and we were greeted with the infamous Gen Z stare. Had to ask if we were at the right office since I wasn’t acknowledged. Our first visit was very scary for our 5 year old. Great staff, attentive staff at the front desk when calling with concerns. They try their absolute best to get their patients in asap. And even go out of their way to get those with special needs in other offices that are equipped properly. Waiting area tends to be a bit overcrowded when families book their whole family and seems to begin treatment at the same time for everyone. The only downside to a small waiting area
