I recommend this location, my daughter was nervous coming in but the dental assistant assigned named Jackie , made my daughter feel comfortable and made her experience more relaxed. Jackie was very friendly and professional with kids and family . The dentist (Dr. Andrea) was very gentle and amazing with my daughter! Would recommend asking for them and booked next appointment already!

Not cleanest office. Needs some updates, but even worse was the cold atmosphere. Does not feel like a pediatric office at all. From the moment you walk through the door, the staff isn’t welcoming. They ask for patients name and we were greeted with the infamous Gen Z stare. Had to ask if we were at the right office since I wasn’t acknowledged. Our first visit was very scary for our 5 year old. 6 month cleanings are great. If that's all you require. However, our most recent experience with being referred out for a specialist was an absolute dumpster 🔥. They referred us to multiple offices over 7 months, that either: never called us back, didn't take children under 13 (my daughter is 9) or the doctor's were NOT specialists. Doctors, who then referred me out again for the same "specialist" that desert peidiatric dentistry referred us to that office for 🤦‍♀️ Massive waste of time and $. Don’t bring your kids here. Everything about this place is unprofessional. There’s no communication, all very limited. Your child’s name gets shouted where the whole office can hear you scream it for when they take their xrays. The staff is rude and does not show any care for the patient. Everyone who works here is serious and looks miserable. The set up of the office is inconvenient and uncomfortable for the parents.

Great staff, attentive staff at the front desk when calling with concerns. They try their absolute best to get their patients in asap. And even go out of their way to get those with special needs in other offices that are equipped properly. Waiting area tends to be a bit overcrowded when families book their whole family and seems to begin treatment at the same time for everyone. The only downside to a small waiting area
