After 5 years of my son being a patient. I can't tell you how much of a great office they have . My son had a little anxiety which the staff handled it effectively. He was so happy about his cleaning,his take home bag and toy. Hope to bring my next kid soon.
They did great work on my daughter’s teeth. Really happy with the work - however unable to give full 5 stars because they are consistently 6-8 weeks booked out. Forget about rescheduling if issues arises because you will wait.
I liked at first but my daughter has had 2 aopo6in a month and they said everything was fine. Now my daughter cap has cracked off and found 2 giant cavities that should of been taken care of and lied saying none was there. I will be going to get a second opinion
Getting someone to answer the phone is an absolute nightmare. It’s not even worth calling because you’ll be on hold for at least 10-15 mins. The young man at the front desk is rude. And I honestly most likely won’t bring my children there moving forward. Very unwelcoming. The hygienist and Dentist were amazing and very nice. But it’s just hard for me to use an establishment where you’re greeted with unprofessionalism and rudeness within the first 2-3 mins of getting there.
The desert valley pediatrics dentistry was a very clean place and the staff members were super duper nice considering it was my first time there. i give it a 10/10!! book with them now!
