Do not recommend for orthodontist. We had been going to this dentist for 10 years and so when they recommended braces we thought we would also have a good experience with the orthodontist team. Staff is not friendly, orthodontist is not friendly and does update you when making adjustment to braces. He just tells the tech and walks away. Mo was great at explaining sealants to my son and us. He was the 2nd appt. Front office needs more training. I called 2 days before to give new insurance information and it was not done at the time of appt.

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Marie and Asia at the Buckeye office off Yuma and Watson — they are absolutely amazing at their job! So kind, helpful, and understanding. Their customer service is top-notch, and they’ve gone above and beyond for me and my son. Truly a blessing to work with! Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the customer service line. I strongly recommend against taking your children to this orthodontist, primarily due to the experience with the dental assistants. It saddens me that I have to include the dental office in this feedback, as the orthodontist himself is excellent. However, the behavior of the dental assistants is concerning. They have consistently been rude and dismissive toward my child, speaking to him in a way that undermines his confidence and well-being. Absolutely terrible. Believe the reviews. I scheduled appointments for both kids for treatments. They lied right two my face saying “we need to make sure he has cavities” you need more than one visit for this? 2 hours waiting. Staff was very clearly rude and rushing to get out early. Turn over is bad here which speaks volumes. Complete lack of medical professionalism. Telling people you’re understaffed is so unprofessional.
