We had such a great experience at this pediatric dentistry! My 2-year-old had his check-up yesterday, and the staff was amazing, especially Gloria. She was so patient and kind, taking her time to show him all the tools, explain what she was doing, and make him feel comfortable. She even gave him stickers after each step and made it fun with high fives and knuckles! The dentist was also wonderful, gentle and caring. We had such an amazing experience here! My daughter had her check up yesterday and the staff and environment was over all amazing but someone who really stood out to me was Gloria, she was absolutely amazing with my daughter, very patient and thorough in explaining everything. The doctor also took her time and was very educating.
I normally have a great experience, however this last appointment with the orthodontist almost sent me on the edge. My son is special needs and the tech assistance was not patient, not listening and didn’t take the sensitivity of my son seriously. She commented to him that if he didn’t stop moving, this is all on him and she’ll have to start all over again. I strongly recommend against taking your children to this orthodontist, primarily due to the experience with the dental assistants. It saddens me that I have to include the dental office in this feedback, as the orthodontist himself is excellent. However, the behavior of the dental assistants is concerning. They have consistently been rude and dismissive toward my child, speaking to him in a way that undermines his confidence and well-being. Let me say this dentist is amazing…watching her in action with all the patients was an amazing experience, she was amazing with incorporating children. I will be back to see her with my child….however the set up/lay out of the office is set, Privacy is not present, how does Hippa work in this setting? 6 patients on one area?
