Me and my three sons had an awesome experience here. The overall environment was very friendly and welcoming. Gloria did an excellent job at answering all of our questions we had regarding the check-up and treatment and she made us feel very comfortable throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great experience for themselves or their families. Thank you again to Gloria she was fantastic!
By far, best pediatric dental experience our family has ever had! Dental hygienist, Carla, was so patient and supportive of my son with his sensory issues and individualized her care to each of my children. Highly recommend this office ❤️
I wish I could give 0 stars. To start the front office was clearly not prepared for our appointment. I had sent in all of my child's previous records and no one could find anything I sent in. Then we were brought back to the chair where we waited 40 minutes past our appointment time. Finally the doctor showed up for a total of 3 minutes. She was extremely rough with my already very nervous child. She made her cry and the whole time the doctor was very impatient and clearly annoyed with my child. This is the WORST dentist office. They rescheduled my kids surgery not once but THREEEE times for different months. Absolutely unacceptable. All different reasons. Please take your kiddos somewhere else! I gave them so many chances and I’m not the one to ever leave reviews but this place pushed me to my limits. I was able to schedule somewhere else across the street and they are amazing! I was able to book SAME DAY for X-rays and NEXT WEEK for the procedure.
The front desk service is terrible. There’s no greeting no “good morning,” “how are you,” or “how can I help you.” She just asks, “What’s the name of the patient?” This happens every time a new client walks in. I waited about 45 minutes for my appointment, and during that time, I never saw her greet anyone. All I heard was, “Patient name?” or “You have missed payments, please wait to be called.”I also noticed she only responds in English to patients who speak Spanish, even though she clearly speaks Spanish with her coworkers... read more
