I am writing to express my dissatisfaction following my recent visit for my child dental check-up. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. During our appointment, which was scheduled for 8:30 AM, we did not see the doctor until 11:00 AM. No longer going to this office. Our appointment was an hour late, waited an hour in the back and ended up staying 2 1/2 hours past our appointment time for regular 6 month cleanings. My kids didn’t even get treatment done. Had to ask the front desk for a new tech, our tech we originally had set up the tray and suction straws ungloved which is allowed if the assistant washes hands prior. I rarely ever put reviews in, but this place is probably one of the worst places I've been to!! The last few appointments we had, for both cleaning and filling, have been over one hour wait. The lobby is completely crowded with nowhere to sit and smells bad. The front desk personnel is not much help. They do not have customer service skills! My last visit took over an hour. It took the doctor 30 minutes too see my child after her cleaning. Normally it doesn't take as long. They are trying to force my child into getting braces. She stood her ground and said No. Always do what is best for you child! I like the environment. Definitely kid friendly.
This place has gone so downhill. The office itself has never been great, because there is always a hour + wait, but we liked the dentist (Dr Umar) that was there. A few months ago he went on leave and they kept telling me he would be back “in October” then “next month” over and over again. My daughter needed some redo work, and none of the other dentists there would do it. 6 months pass and it’s time for their cleanings again.
