No longer going to this office. Our appointment was an hour late, waited an hour in the back and ended up staying 2 1/2 hours past our appointment time for regular 6 month cleanings. My kids didn’t even get treatment done. Had to ask the front desk for a new tech, our tech we originally had set up the tray and suction straws ungloved which is allowed if the assistant washes hands prior. My daughter suffered from infections in her wisdom teeth for over a year. Her other dentist would not recommend extraction. We came here for a normal teeth cleaning and the dr recommended her wisdom teeth be removed. His referral was a very clean, patient Dr who did an amazing job keeping my daughter comfortable and making the process easy. THANK YOU!
First visit my three children were seen 1 hour after our scheduled visit, I was understanding of this and went in the following day and my child was seen 2 hours and 15 minutes after his scheduled appointment. The Dentist didn't acknowledge the wait time nor did she apologize. Poor time management. Do not recommend coming here!
They have a new policy to cancel your appointment if they don’t verbally confirm your appointment. Despite confirming via text after they text to confirm. They called me after hours to confirm and there was no opportunity to call back to confirm before my appointment day. I don’t like this policy. Everyone is nice and helpful. They over book or are short staffed with the few appointments I have had. The appointment takes a long time. Especially if you have multiple children. My daughter had an appointment for a regular checkup/cleaning. 1. They didn't even schedule her correctly. 2.We waited over an hour and saw many people who came in after us get seen first. After waiting so long I went up to ask about the wait and then the front desk lady proceeded to tell me we were already "checked into a room" or atleast someone else was..
