Received more than 17 texts in the last few days in regards to appointments for my 6 kids. I confirmed via text, several times, arrived (was late and would have no issue rescheduling but had called and was waiting for a call back in regards to being late) and was told that appointments hadn't been verbally confirmed anyways and their systems sometimes don't recognize the messages. My kids love this dentist office so much! They always look forward coming to their visits dr and assistants are great. Blanca is amazing, energetic, friendly and was making my daughter laugh throughout the visit. They are always so gentle. I would definitely recommend this office for your kiddos.
Driving 40 minutes and taking time off from work I arrived to my appointment on time and was told my appointment was cancelled due to the office not receiving a verbal confirmation however I did confirm through their text messaging. Was then told they were trying to reach me and informed them I did not receive any calls from them. Then they blamed my phone carrier for spamming their call and they are aware of that issue. My children have been patients at the Buckeye location since 2014. Every visit the decline in how front office staff operation is ran to overall communication and appt times including ortho appointments have worsened with every visit. Had a 6 month cleaning today for 2 appointments. Arrived 15 Mins early to complete any necessary paperwork. Waited 55 Mins and decided this no longer was a good fit for pediatric dental care.
