We had such a great experience at this pediatric dentistry! My 2-year-old had his check-up yesterday, and the staff was amazing, especially Gloria. She was so patient and kind, taking her time to show him all the tools, explain what she was doing, and make him feel comfortable. She even gave him stickers after each step and made it fun with high fives and knuckles! The dentist was also wonderful, gentle and caring. I normally have a great experience, however this last appointment with the orthodontist almost sent me on the edge. My son is special needs and the tech assistance was not patient, not listening and didn’t take the sensitivity of my son seriously. She commented to him that if he didn’t stop moving, this is all on him and she’ll have to start all over again. Let me say this dentist is amazing…watching her in action with all the patients was an amazing experience, she was amazing with incorporating children. I will be back to see her with my child….however the set up/lay out of the office is set, Privacy is not present, how does Hippa work in this setting? 6 patients on one area?

Do not recommend for orthodontist. We had been going to this dentist for 10 years and so when they recommended braces we thought we would also have a good experience with the orthodontist team. Staff is not friendly, orthodontist is not friendly and does update you when making adjustment to braces. He just tells the tech and walks away. This was my first and last time here. Upon arriving I noticed a lot of people waiting in a small room. I was not greeted. I noticed two employees in the front desk and it looked like the guy was doing all the work and the lady on the other computer looking clueless on what to do. The only good thing was that I was called to the back a few minutes after being checking in. As I got called to the back so they can check my kids teeth, the area where they took us felt and looked crowded.
