We absolutely love Desert Valley Pediatric Dentistry in Buckeye! 💕 Everyone there is always so friendly, welcoming, and caring with my kids. Daisy and Sandra are especially amazing! The staff at this location are AMAZING. Very kind, patient, gentle with my kid (who is always a little nervous to be there). They explain things very well and do a good job overall. The people get 5 stars. Their BUSINESS really sucks though. they have no concept of time…you have an appt at 11? You’re not seen until noon or later. It doesn’t even matter what time of day or how busy; this happens every time. Not to mention that I always confirm the appt via text and am always told I “didn’t confirm.” I feel so bad for the fron... read more
Sandra was there to take my son in to do his x-rays and his cleaning! She is super knowledgeable and made my son’s dentist appointment very enjoyable for him by giving him a scavenger hunt and talking to him throughout his appointment. She’s incredibly nice and relatable. :)
I don't know what happened to this Dentist office. We have been bringing both of our young girls for over 10 years. The girls used to be so excited to go there. The staff and Dentists used to really make you feel like they really cared. Among other things like billing issues and unnecessary work done on teeth that were coming out shortly, today my daughter had an appointment at 3:40pm. We arrived at 3:43pm. Extremely disorganized with repeated “technical difficulties” and poor communication. I submitted our insurance information through their portal before our first visit, but when we arrived they had not added it to their system and we had to self-pay despite being in network. I was told to submit the claim to insurance myself, and later told they would submit the claim on my behalf, only to find out seven weeks later that our insurance still hadn’t even been added to their system much less them following through with the cla... read more
