Currently 2:15 now and my daughter has an appointment. One time we were 7 minutes late due to traffic and they rescheduled us because they said they were busy. My daughter’s appointment is at 2pm and no one is even here. Called different locations and they said they are on lunch will be back at 2… again, it’s 2:15. This location is horrible will definitely be switching.
Amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, the dentist was gentle and thorough, and they made me feel completely comfortable. I left with my teeth feeling great and full confidence in their care. Highly recommend.
We had been coming to this place over 8 years now . Both of my kid love the attention and the good care and all the staff provide. The waiting room has toys and books that helped ease her nerves, and the hygienist explained every step in a kid-friendly way. Dr. was kind, thorough, and clearly experienced with children. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great pediatric dentist!🦷
Thank you for taking good care of my boys, specially the baby was a little scared when it come to the anesthesia for the dental work but you guys took such good care of him and made the procedure so easy on him. He got out of there like he didn’t just have 8 crowns n fillings done 😆
I had to switch my son's dentist last minute due to insurance purposes and ownership changes. He has been going to a special needs dentist for the past 3 years in North Scottsdale, PDS foundation. We switched to Desert Valley Pediatric Dentistry and very happy we did so! All of the staff were very kind and attending and very patient with my son.
