The Dr. was so nice, he talked to me about my son‘s two front teeth and advised me on what to do and with him being a board certified pediatrician I really really enjoyed that he knew exactly what he was talking about. He took his time and it actually explained everything and his actual expertise on what he’s seen while being a pediatric dentist. He was very kind and patient the front staff was awesome. I took my granddaughter to her appointment yesterday at 2:00 at this location. As we walk in the people working in the front has me standing there for what feels like a few minutes before on male turns to and just looks at me as if waiting for me to great him first! He was very short with me. I blew it off because my granddaughter needs to be seen. The dentist was not much better. He was just as rude and seem to have an attitude. Dr Sam is literally the best! So honest and trustworthy. Our previous dentist performed oral surgery on my son that wasn’t necessary. The previous dentist then notified me that my son needed a second oral surgery. I came to Dr Sam for a second opinion, 4 years ago, in which he stated the surgery was NOT necessary. 4 years later, my son’s teeth are perfectly healthy. Dr Sam saved my son from surgery that was never needed. I’ll forever come to this office as long as Dr Sam is here!
This was our first time there and a great experience. The lady who took his X-rays was so patient and sweet with my son. The Dr was so nice and informative. we will definitely be back.
1hr wait after appointment time and doctor was really rude to me! No necessity of being like that, been coming here for more than 6 years but definitely not returning ever… who or what gives you the right to judge me?
