I had to switch my son's dentist last minute due to insurance purposes and ownership changes. He has been going to a special needs dentist for the past 3 years in North Scottsdale, PDS foundation. We switched to Desert Valley Pediatric Dentistry and very happy we did so! All of the staff were very kind and attending and very patient with my son. Terrible experience, we were referred here from our normal dentist because our daughter was supposed to go under anesthesia, they ended up not even putting her under. Her appointment was at 9 am they didn’t come in to pull her teeth until 11 when it took not even 5 mins to pull out both teeth . I will never come back here again.
Took my 13 year for a 6 month cleaning and all they did was brush my son’s teeth with a tooth brush!!!! Flossed, Took X-rays and boom all done. The dentist didn’t show me his X-rays, just said good teeth no cavities and ask my son to floss and brush teeth before eating. No way I would take my child there again just for them to use a toothbrush for a cleaning and no tools! They even gave him the tooth brush that they brushed his teeth with for him to keep. My daughter is a patient since she was 1 year old and she is 10 now, we love the clinic,we love the doctor and the staff, they are always so nice
I originally take my 3 children to the Avondale Location but they were booked around the time I was available so I agreed for my daughter to be seen at the maryvale location for her 6 month check up/cleaning/ appointment because they had availability. everyone was great with service and very helpful but the Dr. he was rude, talked over me, very dismissive.
