I LOVE this office! The dentist it always very helpful and great with my little guy. He’s been a patient since he was 6 months and when I had a scare at 9m (turns out it was just those pearls) they got me in next day. They even offered a same day appointment but I was at work. Highly recommend! All of the assistants are so nice and give stickers/high fives/words of encouragement. The FO is always welcoming 🙂
We are new patients of Desert Valley. At our initial appointment we were advised my daughter needed work done. The Doctor informed us why was recommended and why, we not once felt pressured like at our previous office. They scheduled the dental work appointment in a timely fashion (I was expecting to have to wait months) Today the dental work was performed by Dr. Israel. I can not state how happy I was with him! My daughter loves it there. We been with for three years and service all around is awesome. front desk people are great, dentist was funny and caring the assistants were sweet ladies. I have and still will recommend them to who anyone need a dentist that care
The medical staff itself here is very nice however their front desk receptionist/manager has very unprofessional attitude. She does not welcome you in nor does she smile, she just appears to hate her job. Unfortunately I will not be returning here and cancelling future appointments for my kids.
Very professional, walked me through everything she was doing. If I made a face asked me if she was hurting me. It was a small office, there was kids of all ages in there (I am 20) she worked well with everyone including when speaking with the parents in there, very communicative as well. Highly recommend!
