We had a 9 am appointment and when we arrived we were told the dentist would not be there til 10:30 so we came back then. We had gone to get her wire taken off at the orthodontist prior to going in for her deep cleaning. They numbed her and proceeded with the cleaning When we left and gone in the car, my daughter pulled down the mirror to look to see how clean her teeth are and noticed that she had a bracket missing. This dentist office was very good with my son. He has autism and he doesn’t like to open his mouth for nobody and he actually opened his mouth and let them do their work because they explained everything they were gonna do to him thank you team. You guys did a good job with him.
Best decision I made switching my 4 kids here. They are so attentive and the atmosphere is calm and positive. Both the dentists and the techs have been wonderful with my kids ensuring the best experience for them
The wait time is long. My appointment was at 10 and we didn’t go back to get checked until 10:30 and there were other patients that were waiting even longer than I was. They seemed short staffed. One of the desk ladies looked like she hated her job and didn’t even great. It’s a pediatric dentist so there’s many kids that started getting out of hand because the wait was so long. Every time I leave the office I ask how much I owe. Every time they’ve told me absolutely nothing. I just got 2 letters in the mail saying I owe $650 since last year! Irresponsible! They’ve had ample time to tell me I owe things when I’m actually there in person asking! No one should be hit with this. We’re changing dentists now.
