Everyone was great! I was able to get a next day appt for them to assess my kid’s tooth & they even made sure they had additional time built in in case it did need to be pulled. It did! And the assistants and the doctor were amazing at putting my nervous kiddo at ease. The front desk went over the cost and insurance’s portion with me in real time & before I made any decisions. Best decision I made switching my 4 kids here. They are so attentive and the atmosphere is calm and positive. Both the dentists and the techs have been wonderful with my kids ensuring the best experience for them
Avoid this place. Desert Valley Pediatric Dentistry – Tucson South is completely unreliable. We had a confirmed 10 AM appointment for both kids, showed up on time, and the office was CLOSED. This is the second time they’ve done this. Absolutely unacceptable.
Love the team at Desert Valley! Appointments are always quick and the staff is amazing! They're really patient with the kiddos and always have some kind of recommendation if for whatever reason x-rays didn't work out, they always have a backup plan and suggestions! definitely recommend!
I had a wonderful experience bringing my three children to this dental office. From the moment we walked in, the staff made all of us feel welcome and at ease. The team was incredibly patient and kind with each of my kids, taking the time to explain what they were doing and making sure they felt comfortable throughout their appointments.
