Wouldn't recommend. Unfortunately it's one of the few places in Mesquite to rent, but still not worth it. If you move in, plan on not getting a cent of your deposit back. That isn't coming from just us, but multiple tenants that moved out told us the same thing. We spent days cleaning after we moved out, the house was spotless, still we lost our entire deposit. We are presently living in this community. I have great respect for the management and their policy of; if something breaks, falls apart, doesn't work anymore, it is fixed and made right immediately! That is truly a relief to me as a renter. They are, also, "Johnny-on-the-spot" when it comes to spraying for bugs/pests. Give them a 5 star rating on those two issues.
The maintenance man there is awesome. Always timely, efficient, super nice.
