Great spa excellent staff I had Botox for TMJ after searching for over 2 years with consultations at $600 before any treatment, Helen was great very knowledgeable with TMJ, injections were very pleasant no pain at all. All staff very kind and professional felt very comfortable and the spa was beautiful. I will be returning for more treatments. My doctor has been recommending this treatment since 2020 with a jaw injury so I am so pleased I found this spa.

I've been to many medical spas, but hands down Destination Aesthetics is the best! I receive Botox and I can say they're the best at what they do. The Alle point system is worth it, and you get a bonus discount on Botox ($11/unit) if you're a registered healthcare worker in CA.

Brianna is absolutely amazing! I been wanting to try some filler but I'm always scared of this stuff. I'm so glad I found Brianna. She is amazing at what she does and her attention to detail is awesome. She is so sweet and professional. She answered all my questions and concerns. Whole experience was very comfortable. I am so pleased and happy with my results. I highly recommend her.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful! I had the best experience and absolutely love my results :)
Unfortunately, they didn't have the service that I needed (milia removal) but their customer service is really good!! I called them, didn't leave a message - but they still called me back because they saw a missed call. I appreciate that. They even tried to get me recommendations for milia removal from their staff. If I ever need their services in the future I'll definitely consider giving them a try!

I've been to the Roseville location and the Sacramento location for Botox. The staff is friendly and both facilities were very clean. I've had 3 different technicians and they have all been great. Overall I am very happy with the results and service.
