Let me first say every doctor, NP, and aid as helpful and patience, and friendly accept Dr. Romano Abuaba, MD. He was rude, arrogant, spoke down to you as if you were a child. My wife had to leave the room because of his rude remarks. She told me if I hadnt I was going to start yelling at him. I stayed in the room maybe a few minutes later. I had to also leave because I felt like smacking him because of how he talked to me, my mom and my wife. I had called for a referral to get PAE done. In addition to generating the referral, my previous labs were reviewed and a slightly above range glucose reading was noted and an additional blood draw to determine A1C level was done. I was also asked if there was anything else that they could do for me. I mentioned I had toe fungus and using the televisit that was examined and medication prescribed contingent to the aforementioned blood draw.

I love this place. The receptionists are sweet and kind. Dr Amelia is awesome we finally got me where I need to be. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I called at 8am to reschedule an appointment that I had at 3:30 pm and was told that I would be charged a 35.00 RESCHEDULING fee. NO mass email, no texts, no sign up in the office either. Just a new policy they came up with. MiND you, a lot of their patients are elderly and on a FIXED INCOME. I was basically told to go somewhere else. Im filing a formal complaint.

The young hispanic lady, Aliza is one of the rudest people I’ve encountered. She doesn’t look at you when speaking to you and her voice is very monotone. Either she doesn’t like people or doesn’t like her job. Either way she should NOT be the one greeting your patients!
