I love the staff at Devencrest, they are nice,and understanding. Lacy and I had a disagreement, and was off to a rocky start, but in the end we talked, came to an understanding and agreement, and I left satisfied.

First off I have been here for a year now and still looking for the security gates, surveillance and good lighting it's not a gated community like they advertise and no serveilance or lighting nevermind good lighting,no community center, community barbecue pit or dog park and then this is how there multi site community manager treats the tenants only certain people I say it's racist, but this is how multi site community manager Nekesha Davis at devencrest mh, rv and mhc treats tenants and disabled tenants As I consulted wit... read more

SIRIUSLY 4 YEARS AGO NO PROBLEM BUT NOW SINCE A YEAR AGO CHANGE OF MANAGMENT THING ARE GOING DOWN HILL I DONT RECOMEND IT TO MANY DUM RULES .
