Everyone knows that finding a therapist usually takes a lot of trial and error. I feel so blessed to have found LifeStance because it was only my second try at therapy and I clicked immediately with my therapist. Absolutely life changing after struggling for years.
I've only had one appt at this time, but so far I like the conversation and the plans we have going forward. I'm hoping she will be of great help to me as I need it and thus far I'm feeling positive of it.
