Also numerous friends thru the years. They are excellent in covering every minute detail with caring and compassion during a most difficult time. Thank you.
Giving them one star is generous. This was without a doubt the most horrific experience I could imagine for a grieving family. Their staff needs serious extensive training on how to deal with people in general, and more importantly grieving families. Considering that is their JOB one would expect a little more tenderness and compassion when dealing with people like my mom who had just lost her husband of 38 years.
