UPDATE (THE RESPONSES ARE AUTOMATED SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO GET CLARIFICATION OR A RESOLUTION) Don't be fooled by the amazing reviews when Anthony came and took over (temporarily since they couldnt keep a manager) had everyone leave a good review in effort to win giftcards thats the ONLY reason they are rated high once you get in this facility they will screw you over ..it's roaches,crickets,broken ceiling fans,missing ceiling tiles,mold and water damage!! Anthony is a good choice for general manager. He is thorough from beginning to end and is very kind and considerate. Jonathan also provided a pleasant experience. The entire process was easy and he was able to find what I wanted at the time I needed it. Thanks for their service.
I have been in this place for at least 4 months. I am just now starting to see more than one person here. I stored my belongings here years ago when someone else was over it. They were awesome and I miss them. The guy whose in the office is not at all diligent nor enthusiastic about his job. The day our storage was broken into he was in the front office with the door locked during business hours because he wanted to eat. He finally opened the door half way and told me he was at lunch.
