The women I spoke to were informative and helpful. They followed up with me when they said they would, and returned calls promptly. Considering that I was doing this all long-distance, they went out of their way to make sure my needs were met.
Stephanie was wonderful, went out of her way to accommodate my requests for an immediate storage unit.
