Tracy and her team at this location have been very helpful, friendly, supportive and really amazing to me during my stay. She walked into a previous manager's issues and took them and worked out anything that was an issue, prior to her arrival. I highly recommend this storage facility and working with Tracy. The manager Tracy is very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. She takes her position seriously and always goes above and beyond to help. The buildings and grounds are always kept very clean and presentable. I highly recommend Devon storage for your storage needs.
I rarely leave reviews, but this one is deserved. Three stars and the only reason it’s not 1 is Tracy — she is professional, helpful, and truly does her best to assist customers. Unfortunately, everything else has been disappointing. The “climate-controlled” units are inconsistent and definitely don’t feel properly regulated.
