My experience is that have great customer service they're really nice they already knew what size unit I needed that fits the items that I needed to fit in there it is cheaper to buy online however honestly. But they have great customer service is convenient to the location where I sit where I currently safe so I'm satisfied with my experience with Devon self storage.
Awesome service, thank you! Great management at Anderson location. The manager Billy is super friendly, helpful, as well as super charismatic! Didn't quite expect that... but hes definitely an asset to the company.. just great quality of service. He even printed out my move-out receipt upon request! The chat representative was so very helpful & friendly!!😊 Every question I asked was answered with knowledge, professionalism and I was given a variety of options to reserve a unit through the chat but didn't see the option on the facility web page.
