Rachael was amazing and they've been through over at least 12 managers in the the past few years and she's the best I've ever dealt with. Hell, shes made it a year and previous managers didnt last longer than 3 months, no exaggeration. Its the boxes and moving supplies they had there that were very convenient as well. We were chatting during rental process and come to find out she is an EMS volunteer like I am. She offered me snacks and beverages while I waited at no cost to us. Very good experience with Devon Self Storage. Amanda debates was very helpful with all of my needs and when I had questions or needed help she was there. Can't leave out the other family members that helped the day I was there. Very good people.

I had my storage there for almost three years. I always came up with the money to pay you !! Always! My storage was sold without one single phone call. No messages and I have voice mail! Nothing - they go through people like I change my socks. They have always been nice but I never received any warning what so ever that they were going to sell my unit! I went to pay and it was gone ! Thirty years of my life gone- pictures - memories gone because no one picked up the phone to remind me?! How professional is that ?
