Came here with my mom to rent her a storage unit. Office was busy and Nate did a great job of welcoming people and ensuring no one felt rushed. He walked us through several units so we could get an idea of size we needed.
I was impressed by Devon Self Storage as it looks well organized and has reasonable security features. I like that the spaces are available until 10:00 PM which will be very helpful come summer. The price is fair and I am looking forward to a long business relationship.
Devon's Storage is perfectly located in the Fair Oaks/Orangevale area. The main guy, Nate, is fabulous at customer service. He speaks clearly, explains the contract with care and presented the security plan which this location has implemented. The hours of operation fits nicely for those of us that work M-F. Give him a call; you won't be disappointed!
Needed a storage unit at 4:30 on a Saturday. We were in and out in 20 minutes, very easy. Nate was very helpful and professional.
Easy to rent, convenient to where we need it. Staff is nice and helpful. Premises and actual unit are old and dingy, but my things don’t need a pretty place, just a safe one
