Came in as a walk in to look at look at units. The two very nice professional lady’s helped me out in a very timely manner. 10/10 experience thanks to Regina, angelic in the office for the wonderful support

Came here with my mom to rent her a storage unit. Office was busy and Nate did a great job of welcoming people and ensuring no one felt rushed. He walked us through several units so we could get an idea of size we needed.
I was impressed by Devon Self Storage as it looks well organized and has reasonable security features. I like that the spaces are available until 10:00 PM which will be very helpful come summer. The price is fair and I am looking forward to a long business relationship.
Changing my score to 1 star. Glad to be moving out - look elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation! When I rented my storage unit, the lease said I need to maintain storage insurance. And I do. Because there is no expiration date on the insurance - much like no expiration on your cable TV service - Devon now wants me to send them the monthly invoice receipt for the storage insurance. If they don't get it, they charge you $16. And won't refund you for charging $16 monthly insurance fees when you already have coverage elsew... read more
