Very easy to setup and work with. They gave a tour which was nice.
Problem resolved Got a storage..next morning access code and emergency code wouldn't work..so I had to still pay movers and a extra day for Uhaul. District Manager..Nick called me and gave a credit towards following month. Thos is good customer service! Thank you Nick.

Efficient ,helpful knowledgable staff. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They got you in & out quickly. The storage unit was perfect, clean, bigger than I expected. The hours are perfect for someone with a varied work schedule and the grounds are secure and clean. They have locks and moving materials on ground and the prices are cheaper than a lot of places. The rental price is the best around as I have searched many other storage company's.
Friendly staff willing to make your move easy. With the move in special offered, the price was the best in the area for what I was looking for with my storage needs. The staff in the office was so helpful and explained everything, right down to the offered renters insurance. At move in the area was plowed to my surprise, as we had just had a huge winter storm the night before.
They were very friendly and professional. They were very friendly and professional. They truly understood that most people who are forced to rent a storage locker are doing so because something went wrong and there is a gap in housing for a time or some other major problem. So they try to understand and be supportive.
