My experience with Devon was fantastic from start to completion. I was able to rent an I was able to rent a 10 x 30 parking space for my boat trailer. Amanda Perry is awesome! So friendly and helpful. The process could not have been any smoother. The site is extremely clean and safe. I feel that I’m getting a great value for my dollar here and the user experience could not have been any better. I would recommend Devon to anyone. Five stars!
After moving my daughter out of her dorm, we headed to the storage unit I had reserved online from another company only to find out they had nothing available. My reservation was there, it clearly said the unit was being held for me, but in actuality they had nothing and no ability to help me. I was over 1000 miles from home with a rental car full of my daughter’s things and no where to put them. I tried another company who was also full but gave me the names of two other companies. I have usee Devon Self Storage for the past two years and It has been Awsome. Storage is cool temp which kept my furnture in great shape. Customer Service Excellent.
Amanda was awesome. Helping us to find a storage unit for my daughter's last month here in Newport/Middletown, as she is discharging from the U.S. Navy. Facility was clean and access was easy.
