Crystal was so helpful she made things easy and provided so much info to were I didn't have any questions or doubts on wanting to be there. Some managers go out of there way to make it hard with all the rules and she did the complete opposite made everything smooth and accessible. Thank you also for maintaining it very clean and friendly.
Great team work across all properties. Representative assisted me in locating the right space in my preferred location at a price that was reasonable. I was very please with how attentive and willing she was to assist me. Generally speaking, this was my experience at multiple locations. Thank you so much for making this easier than imagined.
I had a great experience with life storage. I forgot her name, but I lost my keys to get in my storage unit this morning and she came right away to break the lock for me. I’m very appreciative of her. She’s such a lifesaver…
The staff was great confirming my reservation. What surprised me was not only did they confirm my reservation, but also received a call back 20-30 minutes upon me actually moving in just to see if everything had went smoothly if i needed any assistance also provided me with calling instructions for my location.
Life storage is number one in my book. They’re not only keeping my valuable safe, but they are also very nice and respectful. Even when I’ve been late with my payments. Thank you so much for your time and understanding.
