Devon storage was a great experience for me. 1st person I saw when I walked through the door was Ms. Sheri she is the most loving and kind hearted woman that I know she went above all means just to make my day. I’m happy that she loves helping people. She has shown me there is more to life than to think no one is there to help. She is wonderful at doing her job. Ms. Sheri u are #1🥰
Sheri is a GODSEND! She worked with me tirelessly when I had to downsize my two units into a new, smaller unit in less than one week. Her understanding and patience made the process stress free and seamless. Highly recommend Devon for storing all your belongings. Trustworthy and treat you just like family. Can't ask for anything more! Thank you for all you do!!
Only needed a small unit while I was moving my mom into my home. All the employees were so helpful with recommendations. Explained how everything worked etc. Only needed for two weeks so got the month free! Paid insurance, adm fee, purchased a lock& taxes .....but nothing for rent which would have been $128! Today when we moved everything out I forgot to bring my gate code. Had my contract though & Sheri the manager was able to help me with a smile on her face! Highly recommend them!
Hands down best customer service ever! Many thanks to Morgan, Ms. Sherry, and Ms. Becky for helping me deal with a shady moving service for the sake of others Faith Hauling and Removal tested my FAITH yet God showed up after they were out of the picture and I recovered my items albiet after visits to 2 different law LEA, talking to a lawyer etc…FAITH HAULING is insane! Morgan, Sherry, and Becky held my patience and sanity together today after finding my stuff just thrown outside myself storage unit. Many thanks!
