Dornica was amazing! She was so kind and patient setting up my account. Her customer service skills are on point. She was super friendly and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Devon storage is lucky to have such an awesome employee! :)
Formica was very helpful to us and polite when we rented an additional storage unit. She insured we were aware of everything we needed and got us in and out of the office quickly.

Great experience, Sherry was very understanding of my frustration with the business changing hands again in my 11years of being at this location. She answered all my questions, and explained the contract. I was very relieved when I left.
Horrible experience, I was told this was a 24 hrs access..This is not true.. I was traveling over 2 hrs.. arrived no access, told this a restricted location.. your commonly think about money greed. We should’ve been made aware of this.. the care of people is getting gloomy with a full of gremlins. I’m seeking a full refund and closing this unit.
