I’ve been using Life Storage for some time now and I can honestly I’ve had a pretty good experience. Shannon has been so helpful to me and is always so nice when I have her on the phone. She has been very understanding with me and my situation and has been such a Godsend! Truly a blessing and very sweet and helpful. She’s made things easy and smooth, and never once have I ever experienced a bad attitude from her. I recommend life storage to anyone looking for a space!
Ms.Becky and Shannon was a pleasure to work with and made our Saturday morning 4/27 easier. They both answered questions and were willing to assist with whatever I needed. Shannon went above and beyond to show me not only one but two units considering I was unsure of the size needed. Facility is cleaned and well maintained l. I would recommend Life Storage for all your storage needs!
Shannon Permar helped me when last night l broke the lock on my storage unit 537, and the latch needed to be replaced. She bent over backwards literally. I thank her for all her help and being concerned about people. I give her 10 stars
My husband and I have been a customer of Life Storage since 2017 and we have nothing but amazing things to say about this facility. Ms. Becky is the Best hands down. She is super helpful, really sweet with amazing customer service. She has helped me and my family during hard times, and of course we love the phone reminders when it's time to pay. This Life Storage is very well kept, I've been a customer here for almost a year and have never had any issues. I’ve dealt with other storage companies in the past, but have never felt recognized as a customer. Shannon, who I believe is the manager at this property, is the kindest person that I've ever spoken to. She has been the most helpful and understanding. I am a very happy customer.
