Our experiences with Devon Storage on S. Holden Rd. have gone extremely well. It is obvious that Stacy, the general manager, values customer service. She always has a friendly smile and has been very helpful and patient in answering our many questions. The service we recently experienced from both Stacy and Nicole has been exceptional. They went to great lengths to help us find the best deal and unit for our needs. Thank you Stacy and Nicole, from Craig and Judy!
I came in to quick view a unit, and first I would like to say this is a fantastic setup. A very fragrant smell and delightfully atmosphere. Terek was not only helpful but enjoyable; though he stated he was new to the company seems knowledgeable and prepared. Stacy was charismatic and very sweet. While I won't be able to be a rental here due to outside circumstances, I still have to say very impressive place with very impressive people.
While a new staff has taken over the building, they appear to be helpful, adaptive and understanding.
