The people at Holden Road Storage are always so nice. They help me in anyway they can no matter the size of my issue. They also know me by name and have a personal connection when I am on the premises.
Stacy was so helpful when I rented my unit. She answered all of my questions with the patience of a saint. She even facilitated payment for me over the phone when I couldn’t get it done myself online and guaranteed me that she would go to my unit herself and get everything ready for me 15 minutes before they closed . She cared enough to recommend the right add ons to keep my items safe but was not pushy or trying to oversell. Thank God for Stacy.
