The young lady working in the office was so nice and helpful. Doing the contract was so quick and easy. She then showed us where our unit was and seen there was a little dirt and leaves in the unit and swept it out as soon as she seen it.
Suria was amazing. She was very understanding and extremely helpful. It was a Super hot day and she didn't mind showing us the different units until we found the right one. Beautiful soul. Thank you Thank you for your hospitality.

Part Two -- I completed online rental and no one from the facility has contacted me to provide my unit number or the gate access code to move in. I tried to call the location multiple times for two weeks and the phones are forwarded to another location. I sent several emails and never received a response. Now I am receiving emails saying that my account is past due and late fees have been applied. I HAVE NOT MOVED INTO THE UNIT. I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE UNIT.
