When I was able to speak with someone, they were nice and helpful. But there were numerous times when initially trying to rent and when we were trying to cancel our rental that we could not get a hold of anyone on the phone and every time we came in person during business hours to speak with someone there was no one at the office. Also upon move out, all of our boxes were infested with roaches and roach poop. So we ended up with roaches all in our new home, so we had to roach bomb the place and clean all of our belongings.... read more
