Excellent customer service was provided to my family and I. Move in process was beyond easy and the storage unit was exactly as described and in great condition. We’ve been helped multiple times with Charles who’s an excellent manager, and when we visited to put on our lock another gentleman was there and he was fantastic as well. I unfortunately didn’t get his name, but wonderful service nevertheless.
