The service is impeccable here! From the time I got out of my car the service started. Kyle greeted me at the door by opening it for me to let me in. That has never happened for me anywhere else. Lizzie was professional and courteous and very helpful. I would highly recommend this business. I’m a satisfied customer!
Clean, well-maintained facility with a really convenient setup. Being able to drive directly into the climate-controlled building to unload makes a huge difference—especially in bad weather. The space is bright, wide, and easy to navigate, even with a large vehicle or U-Haul. Staff was helpful, and the whole place feels secure and professionally run. Easily one of the best storage experiences I’ve had in the Cedar Rapids area.

This place is absolutely amazing!!!!!! The facility is so clean, secured, the unit size definitely meet expectations above and beyond and the price is super affordable and the best part about it is you can tell the employees truly care about it. The ladies are always smiling, very kind and welcoming which made my experience there even better I enjoy every moment I have with them. I highly recommend!!!!
