Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Prices are a little cheaper than self storage. Facilities are clean, and there usually someone working at the front desk if you need help. Trolleys are also available for use for free.

We’ve used Devon Storage for several years now and have been slowly purging our stuff. This place is always well maintained and clean. Staff is great and we really haven’t had any issues! There is easy access to the building and the loading docks

I was in search of a storage unit and I came across Devon Self Storage in Richardson. The property manager at this location was Ruby and she did an awesome job. She gave me all the information i needed. She was very attentive, informative! I was very pleased with the service I received. I would highly recommend the Richardson location.

I also rated this facility five stars at first because they asked me to do so and were nice when I first moved in, but after a few months I have completely changed my mind about this place. The main issue is their lack of security. Apparently someone brought in a ladder and a means to cut the chicken wire above the units and stole thousands of dollars worth of items from several units, including my own. There are, from what I can tell, very few if any camera in the hallways so it makes this act incredibly easy to pull off. ... read more

I visited the Richardson location on the 11th of August. Ruby was very helpful, polite, respectful, informative, friendly. Made me feel very welcomed. The facility was nice and clean. I will definitely be renting from Ruby at the Richardson location and i will be referring people to this location as well!
