Daniel was absolutely fantastic throughout our rental process. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure we had all the information we needed to make the best decision for our specific situation. He walked us through our options clearly and made everything simple and stress-free. On top of that, his friendly and welcoming attitude made the entire experience even better. Great safe facility. Willing to assist and very helpful with the business process a breath of fresh air thank you very much. I really love that you’re able to access the facility outside the office hours. Between 6 AM and 10 PM. I appreciate the use of the dollies to be able to move items to and from your storage unit. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Prices are a little cheaper than self storage. Facilities are clean, and there usually someone working at the front desk if you need help. Trolleys are also available for use for free.
Daniel called me to follow up after I made an online request and made me feel super confident about choosing Devon Self Storage. They even let me bring my own lock and insurance. When I came in the next day, Sergio was extremely kind and helpful. After a quick tour of the space, he helped me get in and out quickly & answered any questions I had. Definitely one of the friendliest and cleanest spaces I’ve stored at !
