Mary Jane was fantastic!!! She was on point with knowing what we needed….just plane knowledgeable. Her hospitality was warm and very personable. I walked in and was greeted with a smile. I came in this morning never renting a storage before. I had a lot of questions with the do’s and don’t as well as wanting to get quotes on pricing for the units. Mary Jane was very helpful and informative and had no problems with answering every question I had and took me out to tour the different units so I wouldn’t get what I didn’t need. Sylvester was able to really help me out, great customer service. The website somehow allowed me to rent a unit that wasn’t available (at a different location). He was amazing and helped me and had a unit that was available at his location. I am an out of state renter and hope I get to shake his hand and meet him in person when I get to the unit.
The representative on phone was very nice and polite. The on site GM Marry Jane was very professional, polite and curious. It truly was a fast and seamless experience. Thank you for all of your help Marry Jane.
