Your customer service lady in Grand Rapids mi is not friendly or polite. I don't know her name but she was the one I dealt with lady week. She needs to obtain excellent customer service. Se made me not want to deal with Devon. Had I been able to find another storage to accommodate me I would have taken my my business elsewhere.
I am moving to Grand Rapids in the next few months, and I called Devon’s Self Storage, and spoke with Christina. She was more than helpful with answering all my questions and she was so sweet and nice to speak to. Once I move up there I will definitely be getting a storage unit through them. Thank you so much Christina for all of your help!
