Very fast and friendly service from start to finish. Everything was simple and straightforward—easy as pie. The office girls were especially great, super welcoming, and had me smiling the whole time. They made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for efficient service with a positive atmosphere.

I had a very positive and pleasant experience with the customer service team at the Kentwood, Division street location. They were kind and clear about renting a storage unit. My reservation was entered into their system by Amber one day earlier which made the renting process very quick and easy. Thank you for your professionalism and welcoming vibe.

Your customer service lady in Grand Rapids mi is not friendly or polite. I don't know her name but she was the one I dealt with lady week. She needs to obtain excellent customer service. Se made me not want to deal with Devon. Had I been able to find another storage to accommodate me I would have taken my my business elsewhere.
