First off, Kristine is amazing! She's kind, understanding, cooperative, and very helpful. I originally booked a unit that was too small and realized it when I went home to look at all of my stuff. I called Kristine(while having a meltdown ),and she had my reservation switched to a larger unit before I got there with my first load. Moving is awful, we all know this. Devon Self Storage, and more specifically, Kristine, make it a lot easier to deal with.
We LOVE the help the GM gave us! We had a great experience with Kristine!!! She was incredibly nice and informative! Thank you so much for making our experience here great! We appreciate you!
